Renaissance Behavioral Health Systems, Inc.
RBHS functions as a management services organization, providing centralized administrative, finance and accounting, human resources, information technology and quality improvement services to MHRC. Through its administrative function, RBHS coordinates the programs and services of MHRC to create an integrated, high quality service delivery system.
Mental Health Resource Center
Founded in Jacksonville in 1977, Mental Health Resource Center (MHRC) is a Florida-based nonprofit providing comprehensive behavioral health and social services. MHRC offers 24-hour emergency care, inpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults, and a wide range of outpatient programs, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, counseling, forensic and in-jail services, a co-responder team, and eight Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) teams across Florida.
Fully accredited by The Joint Commission since 1989 and licensed by the State of Florida, MHRC is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible care. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offer a sliding fee scale for those without coverage.
MHRC’s services are supported in part by funding from The Joint Commission, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration), and regional managing entities including LSF Health Systems, Central Florida Cares, and Central Florida Behavioral Health Network.
